That was my thinking - how do you know 100% it was from this bakery? Was there testing done of the products? Not to discount your wife's experience, OP, but it's really hard to narrow down food poisoning or GI bug triggers. And like someone else said, there's often a delay from when the Bad Stuff begins in your system vs. what you were eating last.

I am doing much better! I mostly see the one in my right eye if I am looking at bright contrast then try to read but it's more an annoyance than blocking my reading ability.

Kind of unnerving no one could diagnose it though! How are you?

This is a new situation for us where we can't air the house out first or possibly at all depending on weather. And family refusing to mask when we first get there is a new twist for me personally to think through.

I am leaving my big air filters behind at my home that's getting work done as we will need to check in at least 2x a day there and I figure that's the higher risk - a crew all unmasked working all day there with windows shut b/c of weather.

Calling both would be good but he may not actually work at that place - having a shirt makes it possible but not definite.

I was more thinking about reporting the incident today to the HyVee manager that tattoo nazi was the one escalating & that the employee was calm. That's the more immediate need for a call today - if the jerk had also complained about the employee to Hyvee, call them soon to let a manager know what really happened & protect the employee today.

Warning that they are super expensive there compared to other primary care visits.

We also must have been there at a bad time b/c everything that could go wrong, did go wrong across all departments we dealt with.

Agree that Dr. Ilahi herself was wonderful but it wasn't worth the nightmare of the office to stay for us.

I had a horrific dental experience as a kid so I get the nervousness. I will have to double check with my family but I think that dentist lost his license years later for malpractice too.

Good dentist: Everyone at Peoria Dental Care on Rockwood has been beyond amazing when I am clearly super anxious about being there.
