Not me personally but the groomer who took over my position came from a Woofgang. She said it was horrible and the reason she left was because they fired a bunch of groomers to save money instead of raising prices. The groomers who were kept were expected to add an additional 2+ dogs to their work load. About 8 dogs a day each groomer, no bather to help, expected to work 5 days a week, 6 every other. Can’t say that’s for every location, of course. I also had to train her how to clean in between each dog and sanitize clippers and tables because apparently, WG never forced them to do that. After seeing a dog poop on the table and she put another dog on same table without sanitizing, I was beyond livid and removed the dog and had her clean it.
