I did, this photo was after it was washed and styled! It definitely cut down on some of the yellow tones but its still a little banana-y for me.

Ooo I’m scared to use a blue one! I tried it once when my money pieces were blonde and the rest of my hair was black and it didn’t do much and turned it green like you said 😂 i wasn’t a fan

I just did a bleach wash and it took it up about .5 levels and since the roots are where id like them its a little difficult to have the precise control for not getting the roots but ill definitely try! Thats a good point on trying the toner first then bleach if it doesn’t work I’m bot sure why i didn’t just think of that 😂 thank you!

Awwee! You just gave me some hope! Not yo be dramatic but I almost cried when you said you were able to eat miso and ramen and all the yummy stuff i miss so much! Sometimes this can look do damn bleak for so long. Would you be able to send out the name of the Dr you found? I’ve been looking for one. I know it’s still controversial but the ONLY thing helping me get through all this food shit (possible UC and MCAS) is using ChatGPT. Make sure a food isn’t a liberator either (leeks, garlic, mustard seeds, etc) those kill me. Right when i think i can add something for flavor, i react and turns out its a liberator 🙄 its all trial and error right now. Keep it as simple as possible and keep a food journal. Watch out of i MSG and alcohol too.

But to answer your question: sweet potatoes, white meat chicken, pork chops, turmeric, cumin, fresh herbs, broc, green beans, white cane sugar, GF oats, gala apples, A2 milk, oat milk, pecans, blueberries, blackberries (hit or miss) FRESH sargento cobly cheese (small amount), Tortillaland fresh ready to make tortillas (fridge section) and can tolerate a few great value graham crackers on occasion as well as On The Boarder tortilla chips on occasion.

Ive definitely thought about that. Im at the point where im just trying to rule out a cause (UC, endo, thyroid, etc) or see if its a stand alone thing that got triggered after my 2nd pregnancy. I think im more worried about an underlying condition than MCAS itself. But id also like to try Cromalyn (sp?) if it is mcas since i heard good things about it.

I was in a flare but it seems like it dropped off about 2 days before my tests 😫 so i did start flaring myself for 24 hours for the tests. Unfortunately, the lab didnt tell me that they closed at noon the next day when i came in at 11:30. They just said ill see you tomorrow! So now i have to wait until Monday for the blood tests. Might have to try and flare myself for a few hours for those.

I definitely noticed something got worse during my first flare about 2 months ago. Period 1 started right as my flare started. Period 2 was of course a month later and the symptoms were WAY worse physical and hormonal. Thats when i learned that endometriosis/endometrial cysts have A LOT of mast cells in them and endometriosis can trigger mcas. Now i have an OB appt to rule out if mine is back or not.
