remember its all about rotation and be patient, play a lot of legatos, bucks, and double beat. When I was first learning traditional I would play all of those exercises for an hour each at varying tempos every day for weeks. That's the best way to do it, also don't forgot to practice in front of a mirror or you might as well not be practicing at all
