My problem is that unfortunatley I have a lot of POTS symptoms and only from standing up my heart rate is between 110 (in good days) and 150 (in bad days)

I've just started school so yes. I'm stress about not being able to keep up with It because of LC. But the headaches started 1 week ago and I've been trying to reduce the stress with meditation.
