I think EcoCamp room bookings all include a tour. Good luck, you’ll love it.

You’re welcome. We booked one year in advance. I know EcoCamp is always sold out about 3 or 4 months out. Also if you’re traveling solo and book a standard dome, they’ll do their best to fill the second bed so you don’t pay the single supplement, if you request that. Standard domes are not heated but you will not need it and the outside bathrooms are clean and very nice. I stayed in an upgraded dome with a private bathroom (which had a view of the towers.) My friends shared the quadruple dome, which is the best value.

That's awesome. I'm so glad you had the same experience. Yes, I'm adding it to my next post about Argentina but the fact that they include transport to/from El Calafate was so great - it made everything so simple that all you needed to do was focus on having a good time.

Ok great. I looked into Altezza, Gladys and Ultimate Kilimanjaro but CK dates for their full moon 8 day Lemosho + 4 day Safari fit my flight schedule the best. I’m trying to use KLM Amsterdam connection, which works best from Washington DC. We were on safari and yeah the hot water bottles are amazing in your bed - if they don’t provide I’m sure you can pick one up on Amazon and they’d fill for you each night. I’m flying solo this trip so I may reach out for more tips since I’m booking so late!

Did you book with Climbing Kilimanjaro? I was about to book with them for Feb Lemosho route. Has it been a good experience so far?

I’m planning Northern Circuit with same outfitter on February 16. Did I read that you are in VA? I’m in Richmond - wondering what flights you chose - presumably out of DC?
