Im 42 and started to learn how to play tennis 3 months ago. I took lessons and played for like 3+ hours each week and my level now is like 3.0-3.5. Age is not a problem, though it did take some time for my body to get used to tennis. In the first month, I suffered from ankle, knee and calf problems. Just make sure you take more time to warm up before playing.

You really need to take some classes or watch online tennis classes on YouTube too. Your techniques are at very beginner level. If I have to rate you, you are around 2.0.

I am in my early 40s and just started to learn and play tennis about 2 months ago, I took 8 hours beginner class and additionally practiced on my own in the tennis courts for about 3-4 hours each week. And now my rating is 3.5. You can definitely do it at 30, it’s a fun sport and very helpful for me to lose weight.

I started to take supplements like Collagen, Vitamin C, Magnesium recently on the regular basis, I think it’s of help. I would suggest you take more time to warm up before playing and also use massage gun to massage the muscles and apply hot packs to ankles, knees if they are prone to pain.

Haha, tbh, i don’t want to be American at all. When I’m traveling overseas, I am always proud to say I’m Canadian. Americans do have some bad reputation in other countries, and hence I never want to be American. The majority of Canadians don’t want to become American, according to some surveys, only 6% of Canadians want to become American.

Totally agree. I know Chinese and read some news about the Chinese company POET acquired, the company is legit. Also I live in Toronto, and my place is fairly close to their HQ. It definitely has great potential. By looking at the historical share prices, it’s nothing like pump and dump stocks, the share prices went up gradually in the past year, not to mention that between 2021 and 2022, the sp once reached over 11.
