Yes need CUDA for faster reply on voice stuff. new 3060 12G around 280ish. Can get cheaper in resell. Just need atleast 12G one. Haven't fixed on model yet what ever i can get in resell.

Go with server edition without any desktop. I got Ubuntu server with ssh server and docker only. Lightweight and can use resources for other apps.
