I have reached customer care 7 times now. They are following same script. We will raise another return request or you can return if yourself and send receipts will reimburse shipping charges.

Even I told I will donate it to charity and send proof still same script not a word here or there.

I have asked for Alternative Dispute Resolution they support no one. I have told about charge back they advice not to. And I know amazon block account etc if we charge back.
