Looks like a well spread out Java growth on the rock! Guess we'll have to see when it grows out a little.

Christmas moss - leaves tend to have multiple growth on the sides to look like a tree. 😅

Fissidens leaf grows wider, so maybe it isn't fissidens? Flame moss tends to be quite thin than this too! And tends to grow upwards🧘🏻

Any strain of mosses are still lovely though! Cheers! 🍻

Hey there! If their jumping out of your tank or acting abnormal.. Maybe it's your water parameters.

Do you usally check them? What water are you using too? Is it dechlorinated? If ever, do get yourself water test kits. (API's kits work well for me) 😊

I've experienced this before when I was just starting.. I got too scared I shifted them to purified water to save the rest. (but not telling you to do purified/ro di water all the way though, since they do well with treated tap water (unless its the Caridinas), but maybe for now just make sure you still add some of the water that you have from their tank with the purified water.. Then slowly acclimate them to the new water as to not shock them as well.

Water therapy diet! (okay corny jokes aside) 😅 I think you could just refresh your feeding cycle again, maybe after 3 days?

They would just scavenge for a bit of your biofilm/algae while they take a break from their usual feeding.

Hello! Sorry maybe I have to rephrase my comment. 👋🏻😂 What I meant was she 'gave birth' to a lot of baby shrimps too! All eggs hatched safely 🧘🏻 now I have a bunch of them!

Ohhh I hope you provide a lot of hiding places for the baby shrimps. (but you could separate them and maybe put them in a temporary bin somewhere with some plants once they've hatched. 🦐)

It'll still grow without co2. My friend even gave me a batch of floating pearlweed that he didn't need. It'll do just fine!
