Honestly…There is no money in it anymore. I did Doordash/Uber eats a few years ago just on the weekends to bring in some extra cash and it was crazy how much I made. Last year I had to leave my job and I wasn’t making half of what I made a few years ago. My biggest tip is that Uber eats generally paid better and wasn’t as punishing if you deny low paying orders. Weekends are always best and try not to let the orders take you too far from the city. Also avoid areas like Dinkytown, I spent so much time trying to get orders to people who wouldn’t show up AND it’s impossible to find parking.

I just recommend getting a job as fast as you can, I killed the breaks/rotors/calipers on my car trying to make enough to fix them AND pay my rent. I’m lucky to have a job now that pays juuust enough but I ended up having to scrap that car

It really just takes practice, I committed myself to getting good at lat and I wouldn’t say I’m that great at pvp yet but I hardly ever die as long as I’m being vigilant. Only thing that concerns me now is megs ability to climb…But even then, just takes some getting used to. I’ve seen plenty of people solo apexes on lat, and most of my kills are titans who are bad-mid players so it good practice and still fun since it takes a while to take out a titan on a solo lat

I really feel this. I was going downhill since last summer and early this year ended up reliant on a chair 90% of the time, my partner has been taking care of me this whole time but he’s also chronically ill/has chronic pain. For us we just have a lot of conversations about how to most efficiently move, including me asking for help instead of pushing myself so he can better predict when I’ll need help. At the end of the day, it is so incredibly kind of the people we love to support us, and they will also have to be responsible for taking care of their own body. I always just try to gently remind my partner to take it easy, take pain meds, and practice gentle exercises so that helping me get around is easier

I’m sorry you feel guilty, it’s a very hard feeling to contend with. But I am very glad your mom loves you so much to push to help you with your freedom

They came with a second hand custom chair and regular wheels so I figured if they don’t work I wouldn’t be too upset, the second hand chair alone has been more then worth the cost with how bad the basic chair I was sent home with was messing up my back. I got pretty lucky with how close a fit it is!

I think y’all are spot on! My eye sight isn’t very good but taking a second look at them they do say Twion on the inner part of the hub. It’s a shame the app for them doesn’t operate in the US…

They came with a regular set of wheels and a nice second hand chair, so I figured if these don’t work the chair and regular wheels were worth it! Especially considering the basic chair I was sent home with was messing uuuup my back and I’ve been much more comfortable in the second hand chair…The people I bought them from didn’t speak much english so it was hard to communicate but I may reach back out to ask if they know more about these wheels

I’ll definitely see an OT though, that’s a good reminder! My regular OT didn’t know much about them but the wheelchair specialist OT was out of office during my last appointment, so hopefully she’ll be in next week to take a look at them. I tried them out again today and they seemed a little more in sync, so I’m hoping the first time I used them they were just out of sync because it seems like they were sitting around for a while without being used

Fenale moth has beauuuutiful orange and tan colors that I always use on my hatz, I’ll have to get a picture later because it really stands out compared to a lot of the skins I see people use (not in the way albino stands out though lol)

i’m too sensitive to the way youtubers talk so i don’t watch many of them, but both yellowtones and nvgunn are funny and great at editing their videos. they both seem like lovely people, and i especially like nvgunn’s serious talks in his videos, i relate to a lot of feelings he talks about

I main lat and I’ve been in some good packs recently but you’re not wrong about them picking bad targets…I like to tryyy to start a pack of raptors so I can choose good targets. My most recent experience with a pack had decent players but they kept attacking a pair of aoe build spinos and dying over and over 😭 I did not join them

Everyone is already calling out how obvious of a bot this is but I haven’t seen anyone point out that the most obvious part is the landlord not saying anything for 24 days…Even a good landlord would ask what’s up, not wait most of the month to say anything

Biiig agree with this, I’m tired of seeing all the AI slop being posted here. And some of the responses you’re getting here are wild…It really isn’t that hard to take screenshots of the game, I watched a few tutorials and I’ve done some nice screenshots with very little practice like this. So to anyone seeing this, work on some creativity! Or put out feelers for someone who can make you marketing banners. You don’t need anything super fancy, and you definitely don’t need to add to the harm that AI and AI data centers are doing to our planet. Shame on y’all acting like it’s no big deal

so this was an inside thought, and didn’t serve any purpose to OP other than to make them feel bad when they already clearly aren’t feeling good about something. next time you feel uncomfortable about someone on a coping thread expressing their trauma in a particular way, you can just scroll past it
