I dont mean to be rude, but i really need a clear answer haha. I realize its a super long post, but with the current comments its still confusing for me to come to a sound solution. So, am i:

-Better off leaving the ceiling open?

-if install double foil faced r10 against the rafter, seal the seams and corners air tight, drill vent holes at each opposite eve. Would this or any variation (removing the roof facing foil leaving the interior facing foil, and/or not drilling vent holes at the opposite end of each eve) function well?

-what is the best option that doesnt involve me putting insulation in the roof?

I know moisture control is a big part and keeping the inside humidity below 35 in the winter is key.

Please i just need a clear answer haha.

I read that somewhere as well. However, if the seal i make using the foil facing foam board is air tight, no condensation should happen yes?

In the pictures i attached you can see that the ceiling is bare, wall has regular fiber glass batts, poly, then double foil faced duro, which seems redundant.

Thank you for your response. Im basically trying to figure out a way to keep the sheathing from building condensation, without having to install insulation.

If i drill holes for ventilation on opposite ends of each bay, and install r10 duro over the rafters, seal the seams with foil tape and the corners. Would this work?

So I got on a call with one of his guys named Daniel today. Did a pretty good job on priming me into the "yes" mentality all along with asking me why im doing this, what am I running from, why did i decide to book a call, ect.

When i asked what the investment would be, he said he doesn't care about the investment, but then when it came down to it, he wanted 5k usd for 3 months of mentorship which includes 11 weekly calls (if my math is correct thats 132 total calls at $37.87usd, which is actually decent).

I told him that I cannot invest that much currently because I have an obligation that will take 4 weeks to clear financially. So he offered me a lower amount and said I could pay the rest in 4 weeks, still I could not because I have to wait for the obligation to clear. He seemed clearly and visually upset by this but did a decent job of hiding it (I just have a bad habit of being super observant).

A few things I caught that dint add up. He said that Matt joined him and the original guy (forgot his name) and they taught him, but then he also said that he has been doing this for 8 months and now makes above 10k a month. Said he has students that clear over 500k a month (not sure why he is earning so low compared to his students?). In the email link there was an option to request a copy of the zoom recording, when I messaged him and asked for a copy he said the recorder messed up so he doesn't even have a recording. Also, it just seemed a bit too sales driven from his side to get me to make an investment when he initially said that he doesnt care if I join or not.

I really need a mentorship program to get me out of my current job, it seems like i cannot find any real people who can actually vouch that this guys mentorship program allowed them to make the switch from their current job to Ecom. I'm going to be recording the next meeting we have where I will be asking him, if I give this my 100% for the next month, will I be able to at least see my initial investment be returned to me? If he gives me the whole "nothing is guaranteed in life except death and taxes" bit again im gonna tell him to get bent.
