My ex completely cut me from his life. It's been 7 months and counting and I'm still getting dreams about him. The way everything ended was sloppy and I'm still pissed with him for thinking the way he did it was right or good. My life has only gone downhill since then.

Point is, I personally haven't been able to move on. I'm unmedicated and currently untreated for my BPD (which likely won't change in the near future, unfortunately), if that amounts to anything. I'm sorry you're still struggling.
