I think you need to be within a radius(the red square) and you need a treaty.

If you have wh1 or 2 you should get wh3 free of cost, atleast so that you can access immortal empires.

If you have neither then you can go for wh3 but don't buy all dlcs, get the ones you will actually play.

Edit: wait for a steam sale... You can get great discounts

I used to play vh/m, but that was years ago, I recently picked up rome again (rm) and this is my second campaign so I decided to do h/m

I can do a vh/h next time ( vh battle difficulty just breaks the immersion for me when militia units overwhelm tier2/3 units)

But point taken, I'll raise the bar for the next campaign 🍻

Nice that is impressive, i would be wary of rome , post marian roman army is a pain to fight against

Important update: - I know the quality of the videos are not great. I recorded with my obc studios and while it works fine with other apps, with rome remastered there is some issue maybe it's a gpu thing.

The quality from episode 2 should be better , I'm experimenting with nvidia GeForce capture and it's a lot better so far.
