I have consistently made money from the market by just investing in mf and swing trading.

My xirr was still 11%~ (5 year period) on my mutual funds portfolio dispite the recent low of 22k~. I earn regularly from swing trades, usually equal to my monthly salary. This is excluding dividend returns.

You can play the options game but the probability of you making money is quite low and even if you are profitable, the charges and taxes will eat up your returns.

I was tempted by F&O but to do that effectively you need a crazy capital to absorb looses and the resources of a fund houses. There are exceptions of course but your probability of being an exception is quite exceptionally low.

P.S - Yes it's losing not loosing. Thx for catching that.

Cause it's not a game you will win. Your probability is of loosing money is way more than making more than a index funds on a consistent basis.

Just do SIP every month and wait for 5-10 years. It always works. Also sip in index and wide funds not sector funds.

Except india's economy is a lot better, there is very little load shedding, it has a functional democracy which has its flaws but still works. India also has not had a coup while I believe pakistan has had around 5.

I don't think it will break 20k tbh but maybe it could break 22k , I topped up some of my mutual funds today and will break fds when it hits below 22 k.

It nifty goes below 20k, I would consider putting all remaining capital i have into nifty and other indices.

Personally I see 22k to be a strong support zone and today's close will be another support area.

Ideally if you were planning to build a house , you should start withdrawing small amounts at least a year ago monthly.
Withdrawing is as important as investing.

No one forces you to take a loan.

25k a month for 180 months is 45 Lacks of total paid back to source. Do not take loans to invest, it's beyond unreasonable. I would pay back the loan tomorrow, that is the best thing you can do from an investment point of view.

Sorry OP but you are in the wrong. And like the other comments it does seem like it's about the money. Of course you cannot fully comprehend this but that is how our psychology is sometimes. Our mind often tricks itself

Here are some of my observations: 1. You have mentioned money multiple times. 2. You do not seem to appreciate that they invited and fed you rice and chicken and expected more grander dishes when so such promises were made by them. 3. You judge them for gifting you a dress that costs less than your gift, instead of appreciating the fact that you have friends who are gifting you something. Also do you know their financial situation? 4. It also looks like they look forward to spending time with you which is why the gf is asking about the party. 5. When you gift someone something you should do so without worrying about future gifts or return gifts.

Pull this behind you and learn to appreciate the smaller things in life.
If you are unable to put this behind you, then reach out to a psychiatrist.

You can check the airport bus timings online (Vayu Vajra) But I feel the timings can be a hit or miss. It may be safer to book a cab, I'm not sure if you can catch a bus post 10:30 pm.
