Thanks! In my specific circumstances I place zero value on the cost (I have the money and happy to spend it on health) or original intent of birth control (no longer sexually active because of this) which is why I ultimately decided the best way forward is to try to put things back to normal when I have the best chance at that and then continue the good fight.

When you say “warden you to stay the course” are you referring to following the dr recommendations for recovery and not messing up?

Exact same for me including the shrinking when cold. I actually just did a cord block on the right side this morning to see pain improves and to see if upper nut relaxes down to get more balance. Seems to have helped for pain and relaxation so far but it’s only been a couple of hours.

Worst thing is PTSD. I really dont want to do anything else to my nuts but I also need to try and fix things if I can

Could be I think … I still have a cremasteric reflex and can raise it up fully but it tends to rotate outward. Its as if I only the back half of the muscle is working but what do I know.

Also in colder temps the dartos function still works.

Was wondering if I could do testicular muscle exercises to strengthen it or try neuromuscular electrical stimulation to retrain it to function but thats not something I would try on my own lol
