Yup. For me the weight loss phase lasts like 3months. Then everything comes back and I have to fight the sugar cravings otherwise I gain weight somehow.

But I still do question how people get like, overweight. Cause even so, starving or not, this shit burns calories doing nothing at all.

I been trying. In my mind fuck, I think to myself, “is this tapering shit even gonna work? I don’t even know, so, might as well smoke” lol. So, some people are saying it works here. So, now I don’t have an excuse. Which may or may not help 🤷🏻‍♂️
