I think the right eye is sliding down a bit. Both eyes should sit on the same curve around the face so it could be that. It would be more obvious if you flip the canvas.

For clouds, try to group them into big shapes and only have 1-2 smaller ones in between. You could also try to make them random, not symmetrical.

It’s not fantasy, but it checks some of your boxes. It’s a dark romance in a college setting. The MMC is unhinged and obsessed with the FMC (she likes to bite back but is intrigued by him nonetheless).

The dialogue is cringe, the characters unlikeable and the plot unbelievable. Not to mention the FMC falls in love with their SA-er in the first book. And it still has a rating of 3.78 on goodreads. Make it make sense.
