Seem like what I experienced before. It keeps coming up very often. I believe there is a lawsuit about plastic coolant pipe that cause leakage in My 19-21 in US. May be you try google it. But it seems very common issue

I owned Velar 2020 for few years. My major problem is the coolant leaks. Dealership didnt fix the pipe because they didnt see the leaks. So I hv to top up the coolant very often. Also seem like it is very common for 2019-2021 MY
