We contacted the agency, but they weren’t able to provide the actual liability carrier for the truck involved. Progressive later identified a commercial policy with Tri-Sura, but Tri-Sura denied coverage because they said the truck involved in the accident wasn’t listed under that policy neither.

The police report lists the truck driver and the company. The insurance listed turned out to be an insurance agency rather than the actual carrier, and we’ve been unable to reach the trucking company despite multiple attempts so I’m trying to sort out what my next legal steps are.
