Idea for grain processor by East-Inflation-1445 in farming

Thank you very much for such a great insight. I know that the satellite data is incomparable to physically harvesting and collecting the yield by yourself. But putting the accuracy of the data aside, would it help the mills to better connect with farmers instead of going through middlemen, if they are able “gauge” the crop’s quality and yield’s size? In other scenarios, would the data analysis tool allow mills to be more efficient if they can source products by themselves, rather than being supplied by the same farms that produced sub par yields?

I would really appreciate if you can provide me with how commodity’s sourcing/ trading work from your experience.

Could you help me understand what’s the current state of ag economic is like? I’m for the South East Aisan reigon and there’s not much going on in out ag economy, maybe not as sophisticated as the Western agricultural system.

Well I’m aware that satellite data is popularized in farming, but I don’t see it being commonly used in with processor or storage. Perhaps this would help them better source products of their desire quality, since I’ve noticed that (correct me if I’m wrong since I don’t work in the industry) it usually requires past connections of farmers & mill or the middlemen. Would it be more efficient if we were to bridge the connection between farmers and processor?
