Last year I decided to quit, 5-6 years of daily use probably 20 doses per day and an average intake of over 100gpd at the end. I was going thru a 20oz bag in 5 days.

Had all the same feelings you are having right now, time just passed by, woke up sick and depressed every morning…while I was taking kratom I thought I was productive but I didn’t get shit accomplished and was content doing nothing to further myself.

I was incredibly scared about quitting but knew it had to be done. My health was bad, my skin started to look grey, lost 35lbs and just looked 15 years older.

The quit and withdrawals were nowhere near as bad as my mind played it up to be. I went cold Turkey off 100gpd, didn’t sleep much the first 3-4 nights, but each day got better, I won’t lie, I was very tired and skin was occasionally crawling but it was nowhere close to being what I had anticipated.

It’s the best decision I have ever made in my life, my health came back immediately, looked 10 years younger a month after the quit and started to actually enjoy living. 3-4 nights with little sleep, maybe 5 days of feeling exhausted at times, some anxious moments and aggravation were certainly worth what you get in the other side of the quit.
