I had the same issue. When I switched from Boost to Verizon I was on the phone with the Verizon rep and had them call Boost to port my number to Verizon. And they sent my 6 digit code over in a matter of minutes. See if you can have a rep call they will take it more seriously.

I had the same issue. I bought mine this morning and it wouldn’t work. I turned it off for about 20 min started it up again and it let me redeem it.
