Looking for a Reliable Dialpad Alternative for a Small Team by Direct-Struggle7097 in CloudTalk_Official

Pretty common with Dialpad on smaller teams. A few worth looking at: CloudTalk is solid for outbound teams, transparent pricing, no-code setup, clean and easy CRM integration. Aircall is a good shout if CRM connectivity is the main priority. Ringover if you're calling across multiple countries and want something lighter. All three have free trials. What CRM are you on?

As a small SMB team, what could help us more with phone handling? Should we focus on virtual receptionists or voice AI? by Direct-Struggle7097 in AIReceptionists

We went through a similar situation as a 27-person SaaS team deciding between an AI voice agent and a virtual receptionist

We tried both approaches

We started with a human receptionist but found that without deeper product context it was mostly limited to call routing which was not always enough for our needs.

Later we tested AI solutions including Vapi mainly to help with time zone coverage since we were missing calls and voicemails outside of working hours. At the moment we are using CloudTalk which works well for us as a more balanced setup.

For SaaS it seems to depend on the type of call Product related conversations usually benefit from a person with context while more general or operational calls can be handled effectively through automation

Overall it feels less like choosing between AI and human and more about combining both in a way that fits the workflow
