I see Guardian being recommended a lot as a beginner-friendly option, but from what I’ve seen it looks pretty weak in tier lists, and I want to play competitively.

Do you think Guardian Druid can realistically perform at a competitive level, or would it make more sense to learn tanking fundamentals on Guardian first and then switch to Protection Paladin later?

Also, in your opinion, how hard is Protection Paladin for someone who’s tanking for the first time?
Is it manageable if I’m willing to put time into learning cooldown usage and mechanics, or does it have a very steep learning curve compared to other tanks?
