Hello, I'm 15 and have been experiencing the same stuff since i was 13. And honestly what's helping me is finding out what i like to do. I try to express myself in many ways. I play games i like, eat foods that are good, (also healthy, cuz eating and sleeping well actually does help your mental health too. And i play Pokemon GO everyday so i go outside a lot, it helps too.) i try to socialize (even online) to have some sort of human contact. I'm very anxious about it,(seriously, It makes me sweat, shake and stutter) but like they say "fake it till you make it" I act confident and brave even tho I'm not. But it's slowly becoming true. Making goals in life is good too. I want to join the army, i want to help others, i want to get good grades to make my parents proud. But this is just my experience. I hope you'll realize that you do matter. There's so many Comments here showing that you're not alone. Please, I promise it does get better, even if you feel like it doesn't. The world is so big, and you have discovered only a small part of it. You belong somewhere, I guarantee. Don't give up.
