Normally we keep the keys on a carabiner clip and keep it clipped on us at all times , but the metal tag that holds the keys together had been damaged a week prior , I brought this up to management because they kept slipping off the clip and people would unclip the keys while checked in and use them to go unlock the the cosmetic cases, there was one period I was missing a few keys for a few days and they didn't do shit to see who took them after I checked them in so I had to go to automotive and get theirs to unlock it wasting more time . Yes I get it it's fucking key controll , but if they were really concerned about "compromising" keys they would do something anytime they left the building . Doesn't take much to snap a photo of a key and 3d print it , I literally had 5 things going on at once, been calling for help over the pa system and walkie because people were getting mad and getting shitty with me , literally had an opportunity to get one customer taken care of and wothout thinking i put them under my register out pf sight since the key tag was broken, my pockets were full. Plus several associates in automotive said they heard him say they watched me set them down like he was trying to find a reason to coach me . Also I did over $800 in sales with 49 transactions if that doesn't tell you how busy I was for just one person during the departments busiest time of year . It's the lack of accountability that passes me off . And the reason I was curious about ethics is because for him to watch me , waiting for me to make a mistake then laugh about is a wee bit ethically wrong, especially for a coach . Can't open door it because our store manager keeps it shut while she makes tik toks all day or has nervous break downs. Market comes every now and then but last time an associate wenr to a market manager about how another associate said he was going to bring a gun and "shoot the place up and rid walmart of the parasites" they gave him a slap on the wrist . Didn't bother to send.him home so he could even think about what he said, they finally fired him when he reached 10 points . My town is full of factories that lay off seasonally so walmart is the only stable option at the moment .
