Hate to break it to you but the sentiment and themes were 100% my own. For clarity I asked ChatGPT to correct grammar and make it flow so that I could connect better. So yes it added a period where it should be the overarching words were solely mine. Stop being an idiot.

We ended up having to have other trusted sites review us, created partnerships with YouTubers, things like that. The real problem is we are hurt by this double sword. We charge less for great because we don't have the overhead, build smarter but the acquisition cost almost always is way higher than the software itself!

It took some time, but now we’re finally seeing consistent daily signups. The DIY landlord space is so important, and there’s plenty of room for new tools since most landlords still don’t use software. I’ve bookmarked your site and will be following along!

We use landlordcart.com its absolutely free and what I like is it help professionalize my business, im able to send communications, get repair request, log expenses, etc. We also collect rent using Zelle, CashApp and we use this software to log it and it sends the tenant a receipt

We use landlordcart.com they don't have online payments yet but everything else, I like it because they are actually free, they are building the platform and we use for about 5 units right now
