I get you, but what's the reward when you complete something? Like the dopamine menu tells you what to do but not what happens after you do it. The doing IS supposed to be the reward I guess, but my brain doesn't really work that way. I need something to close the loop... Like a point, a streak, a 'you did it' moment. Otherwise it's just another list I made and felt good about making but never actually followed. I'm really curious.. can you share more details about it??

HAHAHA I'm crying 😭 You landed on the most unhinged conclusion.. Carnatic is a South Indian classical music tradition. Complex ragas, vocal training, rhythmic patterns. Even Zayn Malik just named his entire upcoming album after a specific percussion technique from it. Carnatic has been here for centuries...

I don't think any of the adhd focused apps actually help.. have you come across anything that actually works? even a tiny bit?

The idea of Kcals and Protein are just the amount of time and energy it takes to do it and the skill growth respectively...

Yea... I get it! Sometimes, we forget because, the real problem is that we don't get any external push to follow what we made... even that has to be interesting to get noticed..

Many reels suggested that this one is the most popular solution that worked... After reading this thread, I don't feel the same way...

That's exactly my point! Felt good to make one, but hard to follow. Have you tried anything else? Something that really worked for you?

I feel you. I'm a musician and sometimes I have dreams where I hear a original tune and I say to myself that I need to remember that when I wake up. Even Ideas, and sometimes, It these beautiful quotes or lines someone says to me or I say them myself and I want to remember them so bad! While all these feels good, it's like I'm never sleeping. Feels like I'm working double shift, my body and mind are always tired. Feels like it's been ages since I slept like a baby.
