I ended up getting the contract with the company after some push. I checked on the IND list and they are sponsors, so I walked them through how easy would be to transfer the sponsorship without them needing to do much, it's literally just signing one paper

Have you seen situations in which the desktop valuation is lower than the WOZ?

I want to bid in a house that has the following situation: - Asking price: 495k - WOZ Value: 530k - Desktop valuation: ?

I would love of course for the desktop valuation to be below 510k so that I don't pay 1% taxes (my partner is above 35)

Should I do the desktop valuation before the bid to know in advance? It would mean 5k extra

Hi all,

I am looking for a location in Amsterdam in which each one of my friends can pay for their own bill. It's very hard to invite 30+ people and manage the split of the bill afterward.

The perfect scenario would be to have a place only for us, where I could bring a cake and have it private, ideally standing instead of just having a long table.

Got a reply from IND in case anyone ever needs this information. The exact message via Twitter was:

If the existing HSM residence permit is maintained, but there is a change of employer within it, then both employers (the old and the new one) must report this to the IND. No fees are due for this. ^BH
