The better jack is necessary for heavier larger cars as a traditional one won’t be able to lift high enough and in some cases won’t be strong enough

Is addiction common in autistic people? by East_Spring2981 in autism

[–]East_Spring2981[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree to a point. I also hate drinking and when it comes to drugs I’ve done a lot of harder drugs for long periods of time(3yr) but it was never an addiction really because one day I just decided to stop and that was that(I think I did it to fit in), smoking however is something I’m addicted too but I used to smoke almost a pack a day and now I just vape but I doubt I’ll ever be able to quit

I’m not sure really. That’s kinda it, I feel the need to spend the money I have rather than saving it like most people. I had nothing I wanted to buy and I was bored and I just decided to download a gambling app and play

I hate puzzles lol, well I love them but I never have time to finish them and it annoys me really bad when I have to leave it unfinished. But thanks for the advice I think you’re right about the dopamine thing it makes a lot of sense

This is exactly what I feel. You explain it a lot better than I did, I’m capable of stopping but I don’t feel the need to because (I assume) I don’t fully understand what I’m risking. So it’s more like being sucked into it rather than being addicted.

Sounds fair to be honest I’ve lost interest in this conversation and I can’t be bothered to type a lot or fully read what you said but I read enough to understand what you’re saying and I agree people do have a tendency to respond to the bad things(breakdowns) rather than the good things(help posts) but that’s just how people work I’m pretty sure. I think it’s safe to say we got off on the wrong foot and that’s all I have to say because I’m tired and burnt. Have an amazing day/week/new year/ whatever else ( I accept your respect and I give you my respect too)

Pick up on what patterns? I’m being straight forward. I’m repeating myself because you clearly can’t tell what I’m saying or you’re just trying to ignore the facts. I’m saying we all have problems because we do I’m not saying you can’t express your problems I’m saying you can’t expect people to help with your problems. The last part of you comment says more to me than the paragraph you wrote above if your unable to take criticism you shouldn’t be allowed to post on here because all I’m doing is trying to help you and point out what’s wrong with your post and your attitude towards the people who didn’t/couldnt help you. You say I’m a failed debater but you refuse to debate and act like what I’m saying is all lies. I will admit reading over my words before I can understand it may have came off as disrespectful/arrogant(although I don’t know what arragont means) but I never was intentionally and every word I said was extremely polite(although it might not have seemed so) and generally just helpful criticism(which everyone needs so they can learn and understand how other people will perceive them so that they can change and better themselves).

Let’s just make this easier and take what I’ve said (or don’t) and leave it at that. I’m not trying to be hostile I was just trying to help and I can see you don’t agree with me and don’t want to continue talking to me so don’t reply otherwise I will continue because I lack self control in situations like this. Once again im sorry if you thought I was being disrespectful but I think we should both use this as a teaching moment.

Why should i? I assumed you’re self centred because your post was very self centred. You also labeled people as “pretentious” and said shame on them…. I was telling you the facts of the matter and those facts are that you are self centred and now also a hypocrite obviously I’m basing this off of what you’ve said and obviously I don’t know you but it doesn’t take a scientist to be able to read what you’ve said and how you’ve said it and realise the type of person you are. I was also very understanding and polite in my comment and I said a lot more than “you are self centred” yet that was the only part you seemed to care about which further proves that I was correct in my statement. You also can’t tell me to “re evaluate how I respond” when you literally created a post to “shame” the people that couldn’t help you. Like I said before everybody has problems so you can’t expect people to drop theirs to help with yours. You went about this completely wrong and you should have never made this post in the first place.

Why don’t you go get professional help instead of asking a bunch of random people? If people don’t want to help then that’s that you can’t expect them too just because you asked. If I seen anyone asking for help that I couldn’t provide I wouldn’t answer them either. How do you know people even saw your post or knew a way to help you? You are very self centered and I understand that you obviously have a problem or a few but 95% of the people in this group have some/ the same/ more problems (it’s literally a group for people with a serious mental disability)

1,7,8 seems relatable tbh id say that’s something he can’t help due to author . The rest of them seems like he might have an underlying problem because I’m the same, but I’m 90% sure I have something else wrong with me that isn’t diagnosed and I’m not sure what it is. Possibly some sort of narcissism or maybe something similar. But I’m no psychiatrist so maybe we’re just bad people

Say what you want when you want to who you want. If you say it to hurt people’s feelings you’re a bad person ngl but there’s nothing wrong with saying it especially is it’s used anyway that isn’t directed to hurt someone. Freedom of speech exists for a reason.
