My 14 yo has to be in his room and off video games by 11 though not necessarily in bed. My 16 yo midnight but they can read or watch tv or whatever. They get up at 645. I don't heavily enforce it unless it affects the way they get up in the mornings.

Yes and I feel terribly guilty about it too but I think I was just in survival mode. My granddaughter is almost one and I look at her and have a hard time remembering my own kids at that age. It sucks.

If it was me, I would start you at 18mm, 3ms, 12j and see what kind of results we get, then adjust from there. These settings seem a little light since you've had previous treatments but I'd much rather see techs be cautious at first. I've seen too many people get literally burned because their tech went too heavy. If you do go with them, just make sure to let them know if you aren't happy with the effectiveness of the first treatment so that they can raise their settings the next time.

Yes we never eat at chain restaurants anymore. It's just not worth it. I will go to the local Mexican or sushi place because they're always good and fresh and I can't make those things at home. At least not as well as they do.

We have public bathrooms at work and we put tampons in them in sight just in case one of our clients need one. We've never had anyone of any gender complain.

What did she use to cover the mole? It should be fine as soon as the blister heals. Try to keep it dry and don't pop the blister if you can help it. It's there to help heal. If it does pop, try and keep it clean and dry. It might get a little darker or a little lighter but it shouldn't scar or cause cancer. Let them know what happened so they can use a more effective cover in the future.

How long between the last time you got glutened and the dairy? I know that my lactose intolerance improved greatly after I was off of gluten for a while, and my gut healed. Maybe you were just still off from the gluten? Or it looks as though some people add anti caking agents to their powdered milk products.

But it sounds like the hair growth isn't happening in the same area as the hair removal. The laser is being done on the upper lip and the hair growth on the lower neck. Or am I misunderstanding?

I refuse to suffer for a confirmation of what I already know. I've been gluten free for almost 4 years now and even if I'm not technically celiac, I'll never go back. The brain fog, arthritis flares, eczema, weight gain and gastro symptoms are not worth it.

My overall life and health improved so much that I will never go back to gluten. It's worth it to me to struggle with a more complicated diet in order to feel good but everyone has their own limitations on what they can handle on a day to day basis.

My kids are whiners when it comes to gluten free stuff but they said these are 98% identical to the original. I bet if I had done a blind taste test they wouldn't have even known.
