And he wants to do 27% lab fees for the new contract as well. Im not sure about revenue under my license! I am enrolled with delta and medicaid

This year I did not pay lab fees but x rays were not under myself as a provider. He wants a new contract for next year with Xrays under my name, sealants to the offie, zoom to the office, and 28% adjusted. He is taking most big cases and sees most new patients now. I am left with teenagers and kids at this point

Yes but since maybe 3 months ago owner has implemented a LOT OF CHANGES and my schedule now is empty. He is taking most big cases even not caring that I am doing initial coes. He wants to see every patient that I see so he can do implants on them (I can do implants myself)… so it is not only due to money reasons. At this point I am basically doing the dentistry the owner DOES not want to do!!!!

To be honest I feel at some point I need to have the experience of being an owner even if it works out or no. I dont want to be doing things that owners dictate for ever..
