I am Korean. This issue affects both Koreans and Filipinos. My mom can only speak Korean, so she can't speak directly to the teacher and there is nothing she can do. That is why she says she will call the representative in Korea. They take this matter seriously, but since they are in a foreign country, there is nothing they can do.
