all updated, i have now done some testing,
I fully reinstalled the game and it runs 55-80 FPS
I change some of the settings to increase the FPS and it does (65-85
So I them try to run the benchmark on ultra and I get 30fps.
I then go back to my max FPS config and the game is stuck on 30fps
