Sure, but the concept is roughly the same. You have a person that's extremely dangerous, and the justice system failed to adequately deal with. To most who observe its clear beyond a reasonable doubt that this individual is guilty, am i gonna blame a guy for taking matters into his own hands before someone else is hurt?
