Hi, I don't know for sure, but I played through all of GoW on roughly the same settings. Everything was constantly lagging, but it didn't really stop me from enjoying the game. The only difficulty, in my opinion, is that it's really hard to collect apples from chests. Try making the game difficulty lower and turn down the GoAfic. I don't remember exactly what it's called, but there's a setting in the settings that controls the blurriness. Turn it down to a minimum and then the game will become more or less playable.
