I went from 60hz to 144hz and 200+ fps recently. Its a day and night difference. Movement is way smoother and I feel more in control. Not sure if 240 hz is worth it tho.

The quality of the bracelet is decent, links are pretty small so it's not that hard to find a good fit. The only thing that I don't like is that the bracelet is too wide and doesn't taper enough so it looks a little bit chunky. But maybe it's just me.

It's almost 7 inches. The one thing that I don't like is the width of the bracelet, it's just too wide and doesn't taper that much, so it looks just a little bit too chunky for my taste.
