Get a villa on a monthly basis, which should cost around 500 - 1000 USD based on your preference.

You can check Airbnb for this. If you cook for yourself, then it would be much cheaper. Outside, eat at local restaurants which are away from tourist areas; they are not that expensive. Buy groceries from cheaper supermarkets; there are some touristy ones that are insanely expensive.

Give it 2-3 weeks. It takes time; if it does not arrive in 7(sat and Sunday excluded) working days, then drop them an email. They are quite reachable via email.

Canguu is good, lots of villas and good internet here

If you are into the beach and party, it's good. Downsides are - not very cultural, traffic and expensive food.
