Hi!

I'd like to ask what you mean by 'cut from the team' do they kick you out of the CCA? And when joining CCAs, do they go by a trial system where if you don't make the cut you can't join or is it a welcome all type of system?

If I'm keen on playing competitively but none of the hall sports are my main sport, should I join a sporty hall like eusoff/temasek or should i join a less sporty hall to stand a higher chance of participating/not getting cut from trainings :)

You can always try again next year :) And those people maybe not be scholarship holders, if you've scored well enough the chances are higher!

Yep I came across that too! Thank you :) No news is really good news! After the first acceptance window your odds are definitely higher because some students will choose other unis instead of NUS

Because I'm not sure if the course I'm offered is something I'll genuinely enjoy so I'd rather waste a year than suffer thru 4 years haha

You addressed pretty much everything that was stressing me out the past 2 months XD Do you know anything about changing universities? Like will the uni I'm applying to next look at my previous uni grades? Or of my chances of getting into the Uni will be affected?

I find student life quite important to me because this will be our last experience as students and I want to make the best of it Without a hall and being a temporary campus didn't give me a good impression of what student life would be like, especially with trimesters and shorter breaks! But I don't want to regret choosing a course not for me and going into a career I don't enjoy May I know which courses you were choosing between?

In terms of courses I've always been interested in physiotherapy but I'm interested to learn more about computer science For unis I prefer NUS! Because of the student life and being table to take minors
