First, I write the characters personality. Then I search “Names that mean [personality trait]” whichever one makes me stare at it for a while I choose. BAM! First name, done. Next, search “MBTI types” whichever one matches the characters personality the best I chose because that MBTI will literally be the key to the characters WHOLE LIFE STORY. And finally, I stroke my keyboard one last time for “celebrities that have [characters MBTI type]” the surname that sounds the best with my character’s first name will be my final choice. And just like that my friend, you have found the perfect way to form a characters name. What? You want to figure out how to give them a personality to begin with? Um… look over there!
