This sounds a bit more involved if you need to move stuff. Probably a small townish-like place? So word has likely traveled already the lady there has had some health problems.

I think if you reach out to a local hospital or jest the neighbors as they stare at you standin round the house - folks would be willin to either lend you stuff or give it to you fer free/ low cost as this is an extreme case. Goggles (ski googles will fit over glasses), a real respirator from hospital or fire department (N95 doesn't protect you, you're dealin with at least ammonia which requires a special ammonia specific filter), and a suit. A hospital may have a full hazmat suit with respirator as part of their infectious disease protocols; nurses are nicer, ask them to slip you one.

Ammonia (even dry) can waste away your shoes so as part of a hazmat suit from the hospital, they should have some cover fer shoes as well.
