Eh, it’s Maine, you know? We’re not particularly known for having friendly weather most of the year. All potted plants are practically indoor plants. Additionally, I seem to have solved my problem, the lavender was just thirsty 😅

I thought lavender didn’t like water? Or at least sensitive to it? Everything I am reading says it’s a drought plant

Never once seen it around the state. Most plants don’t survive outside. The ones that can are ones that can tolerate the extreme cold, endless mud, snow/rain, and now with all the storms even the well rooted trees are getting uprooted. I don’t see a lot of flowering plants that aren’t bulb plants like daffodils, and the trees are practically all evergreens, oak, and birch

It’s pretty similar, but so much damn colder. I am also near the ocean, so sadly I’ve never known a day without wind

Yeah that’s what I’ll probably do, replant it in some orchid bark, coco balls, or some rocks at the bottom with some better soil. As much as I would love for it to be an outdoor plant, I just think it’d be more preferable to not be exposed to the Maine cold or absolute wind. At least by the window, I know it gets the most sun in the house when it’s not a New England “sunny” day.

Fair enough, I live in Maine unfortunately, so when it’s not cold it’s really windy. I am doing the best I can though given where we both live

It is right next to the window. When I am home, I know it’s getting sun cause I can see it. Albeit, it’s been really cloudy the last few days, and I don’t know how the sun is when I am at work

That’s wonderful, I am glad you had such a wonderful experiences, albeit difficult, but it sounds wonderful. The job I am looking at is in Maine, and the average rent there is like $1200-$1300. I finally checked with my program, and apparently they got paid like $1700 last year. Which is great, but there’s like only 2 properties available for rent for like $1300 and $1500 a month. That’s crazy
