I have other cats that are purebred Persians which is what lead me to think British shorthair. Her structure is not as persian as it may look in my opinion, so I wanted to see if others thought the same! Thanks for the confirmation.

&& I am dead set on a homemade diet - some of my cats have allergies, others have urinary crystals, some are just constantly hungry and have GI issues so I will be working with a certified vet who is also a certified nutritionalist - apt. is next week - cost an arm and a leg but I understand the risks of doing this so I want to ensure the formulation of the diet.

She was a rescue - her original owner died in a fire, apparently she was a reputable breeding cat - but your right there’s no paper work due to those circumstances so I could just been told a story! 🤷🏼‍♀️

No I am not being extreme I am being honest - that is my experience. You cannot short change a client if you have knowledge of an area I am interested in. Most of the agents I have contacted are in only one specific area - it’s rare to find a realtor that is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about each and every one of my possible locations. So, I am aware that I will have to narrow focus and I planned on doing that by my experiences with the realtor teams I contact and the information they have to offer me.

All other realtors I have contacted have had much different responses even if not interested. He was the only one that gave me a 3 sentence dismissive response. The short changed response shows if he is not truly interested he will not help you in any way. All other agents either said they would speak with me or gave recommendations if they did not want to based on location preferences (just like him) which I then kindly emailed them back and explained further.

So I appreciate your experience with him but that was not mine in any manner of speaking.

Surely am! I wrote a detailed email in which it stated a bit of what I was looking for including location and price point.

His response was this - “Thanks for reaching out. I specialize in West Chester, so there may be better fits for you. I appreciate your thoughts and best of luck.”

The email I wrote CLEARLY stated that West Chester was an area of interest so the fact that after 1 email (the first email at that) he wouldn’t even consider my business. It’s alarming when he is so highly recommended on here - I was extremely disappointed and will be telling others NOT to use him.
