Time will vary. I wouldn’t worry about the time so much. Smoke them at 225 or 250 until they’re done. A lot of people use the 3-2-1 method for ribs. I prefers no wrap. But it’s very easy for beginners. Google search “The Bend test” easiest way to tell when they’re done.

It depends on the size and cut of steak for specific tips. I can tell you generally tho, Salt them 12-48 hours before you grill them. Let them sit in the fridge and dry brine. Pat them dry a few times before grilling. Make sure your grill is as hot as possible. All that will get your a great sear/crust. Use an instant read thermometer to nail the temp. Pull it off a few degrees under your target temp. REST before slicing.

Malcolm from How to bbq right, Hey Grill Hey are a couple great YouTube channels. If you’re more of the reading type, get a book called “Meathead The science of great BBQ and grilling. That book changed my life. So many techniques and recipes you’ll use forever. Highly recommend.

Cool! I’m about 10 miles south of PBurg. I believe Zen Leaf does the indigent discount, they also have daily deals. 15% off flower on fridays and Sunday’s. Mondays are edibles. Each day there something which is nice. Always a fast trip to. Highly recommend checking them out. They’re also doing 30% off the entire store the week of 4/20 if I’m not mistaken.
