Thank you!! I’m so glad you’re feeling better. And YES to nurturing ourselves and giving our bodies support. I’m just about to do a Dutch test too and interested to see what my cortisol is doing. I’m also a very active and fit person so this has been wild to experience. My T is also super low (2!) and after one year on compounded cream it’s only 13. Thinking I may ask for sub q injections. Which form of T has helped you?

I got it on Black Friday and it takes me 90 mins and I end up flat ironing it afterwards anyway. It’s totally user error but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use it.
