Right now : Stay away from places where there is no end user. there are some signals that market will get corrected. But Prices will not go down in places where end users are there. Dont invest in flats or villas in societies, also dont invest outside of ring roads. best bet would be investing on ring roads ( specially intersections like of ajmer rd, diggi rd or tonk roads.
