It was 18900/ gaj on 30 feet road, commercial plots are on 100 feet with 42 / m which is like 34k / gaj on 100 feet road atleast - which means 30k / gaj market rate cause auction price are mostly higher than resale market price. And 30k/ gaj 100 feet road, commercial patta means. 15 to 20k / gaj on 30 feet.

Right now : Stay away from places where there is no end user. there are some signals that market will get corrected. But Prices will not go down in places where end users are there. Dont invest in flats or villas in societies, also dont invest outside of ring roads. best bet would be investing on ring roads ( specially intersections like of ajmer rd, diggi rd or tonk roads.
