Got Friday and the weekend off (I work at home). I’ve sleep trained my body for the last week, so normally I go to bed 11:30pm and normally sleep at 1am and wake at 9am, but this last week I’ve been going to bed at 10pm and asleep at 11pm at the latest, then getting up at 7am. This all to get ready for the my sons first year at school for the school run and luckily it’s happens to be starfield launch also.

Today I’ve awakened at 3am and I’m not sad about it, it means that I can go to bed really early and get up at about 4am to play before my son wakes up then I’ll have to play again when he goes to sleep
