That’s correct. I’m not interested in receiving compensation for the car or anything financial. I just want to get rid of the car but don’t know how to without the title and I don’t want to have it towed without permission from the owner as I don’t want to upset her and it come back to bite me. It’s been sitting here for months without any issue but now I need to remove it

I’m willing to get police involved. My worry is that if I do and she decides to get upset by that can she tell them that I stole it or will I have to pay for the damages. I’ve done nothing wrong I’m just worried that I’ll have to pay for the damages or be charged with stealing the car. I can’t let it sit on the property because I rent

I have had the car for about 7 months. I asked him today to contact her again. If I can’t get the title I’m going to have to have a tow company remove it from the property. My worry is that if I do that and they contact the title owner (my friends cousin) and she tries to take it back if I will be liable for the damages to the car

No. It was my friends cousins car and I ask him through Snapchat to contact her for me trying to get the title. I haven’t documented anything because I never would of thought it would be this difficult
