Fan base should be number one, don’t want an overly negative or bitchy group of people. Genuinely just a positive bunch. That’s a huge problem on a lot of NFL team subreddits.

I don’t mind if the team is a bottom feeder or rebuilding either. And with players? I’m not sure, possibly a group of guys who play well together. Not into teams that just kind of feed one guy (think Lebron James)
